Real Estate
I’ve been buying, renovating, selling, and renting single-family homes and vacation rentals since 2001. Real estate’s been a hands-on passion for me for over two decades, so I know my way around construction, loans, appraisals, and cash flow analysis. My latest project? I served as both the lead designer and general contractor on my family’s home — a super-efficient, all-electric, net-zero build from the ground up that I’m incredibly proud to raise my kids in.
Rates
Large Corporations & Governments
I charge $350 per hour to work with all large corporations and government agencies.
Small to Mid-Size Businesses
I charge $250 per hour to work with all small to mid-size businesses
Non-Profits
My non-profit rate is $125 per hour BUT if your organization is doing something super special and does not have any budget available I am willing to donate my time if it is the right fit.
